TRIANGLE TYRE AND TITAN INTERNATIONAL FORGE 10-YEAR EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION PARTNERSHIP

Triangle Tyre has recently signed a 10-year exclusive distribution strategic agreement with Titan International, Inc., a global leader in off-the-road (OTR) tire, wheel manufacturing, and distribution, in West Chicago, Illinois. Under the agreement, Titan International has been granted exclusive rights to distribute “Triangle” and “Diamondback” branded OTR tires across the United States.

According to the agreement, Triangle Tyre will be responsible for product supply, while Titan International will manage distribution, covering designated OTR tire products for a wide range of applications. Both parties are committed to delivering high-performance tire solutions to meet the increasingly demanding conditions of off-the-road operations.

A combined offering focused on strength, coverage, and value

The partnership brings together Triangle’s global manufacturing capabilities, the established presence of the Diamondback brand, and Titan’s extensive dealer network across North America. This integration enables Titan to offer customers a broader and more unified OTR portfolio, supported by its nationwide sales and service infrastructure.

Titan’s offering will include a wide range of radial and bias OTR tires from both brands, supporting equipment used in:

• Large-scale earthmoving
• Loaders and dozers
• Scrapers and haulage equipment
• Mobile cranes
• Container handling and port equipment
• Industrial and rental fleets

This significantly strengthens Titan’s ability to serve customers requiring a full spectrum of OTR solutions in mission-critical environments.

Together, the partnership aims to reinforce the combined presence of Titan, Triangle, and Diamondback in the OTR market, while supporting long-term growth in sales performance, dealer adoption, and customer satisfaction.

The first wave of Triangle® and Diamondback® OTR products is already being rolled out through Titan’s U.S. dealer network, with additional sizes and patterns planned throughout the year.
