TRIANGLE TYRE SHOWCASED EXPANDED OTR PORTFOLIO AND NEW TPMS AT BAUMA 2025

Triangle Tyre made a strong return to Bauma 2025, reaffirming its status as a global leader in Off-the-Road (OTR) tire solutions. Following its successful presence in 2022, the renowned Chinese manufacturer showcased its comprehensive product portfolio at Hall A6, Stand 39 in Munich, Germany, from 7 to 13 April 2025.

Strengthening Presence in Europe

Triangle continued to strengthen its position in the European market by expanding its product range to meet the demands of both original equipment (OE) and replacement segments. Backed by ongoing technical innovations, training programmes, and application support, Triangle remains committed to delivering superior tire performance for customers worldwide.

Comprehensive OTR Tire Range

At Bauma, Triangle exhibited its extensive OTR range, featuring tires with rims up to 63 inches and load capacity ratings from 1 to 4 stars. Designed for rigorous quarrying and mining operations, these solutions support wheeled loaders, articulated dump trucks (ADTs), and rigid dump trucks (RDTs), operating across both surface and underground applications.

Key Exhibits

Among the key highlights at the event were three flagship OTR products and the official launch of Triangle’s new Tyre Performance Monitoring System (TPMS):

  • Crane Tire: 445/95R25 TB576 174F E2
    Developed for mobile cranes, this tire features a lightweight construction that enhances fuel efficiency and operational effectiveness.

  • Wheel Loader Tire: 29.5R25 3-Star Rating TL559S+ L5
    Designed for both surface and underground mining, this three-star rated tire provides enhanced load capacity, superior impact resistance, and improved wear performance—ideal for severe industrial and recycling environments.

  • RDT Tire: 27.00R49 TB599A E4
    With a diameter of 2.7 metres, this 49-inch tire is tailored for the most extreme quarry and mining conditions, combining durability and reliability to become a top choice among global mining operators.

Debut of Triangle’s TPMS

One of the key innovations introduced at Bauma 2025 was Triangle’s advanced Tyre Performance Monitoring System. Engineered for giant OTR tires, the system offers real-time tracking and monitoring, aiming to improve site safety and reduce unplanned downtime. The launch underlined Triangle’s continued commitment to enhancing efficiency and operational safety in off-road environments.
