MAXAM IS A PARTNER AT THE STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® DACH SERIES FINAL IN SCHLADMING

The final of the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® DACH Series 2026 in sports woodcutting takes place this coming weekend, 29 and 30 August, in Schladming (Austria). MAXAM, the Sailun Group’s specialty tyre brand, is on site as a partner of the series with brand visibility.

MAXAM, the Sailun Group’s global specialty tyre brand, is presenting itself as a partner of the event at the season finale of the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® DACH Series in Schladming. On Saturday, 29 August, the professional athletes will determine their champion at the “DACH Pro Final“; on Sunday, 30 August, the “DACH Women’s Final” and the “DACH Newcomer Final” will bring two further competitions of the weekend.

In the DACH Series’ pro standings, six-time German champion Danny Martin leads narrowly ahead of Armin Kugler (A) and Cyril Pabst (CH). The final in Schladming will decide who claims this season’s DACH crown in sports woodcutting.

In STIHL TIMBERSPORTS®, athletes compete against one another in three axe and three chainsaw disciplines. Springboard, Underhand Chop and Standing Block Chop are among the classic axe events. In the Single Buck (pull saw), Stock Saw (standard chainsaw) and Hot Saw (tuned chainsaw with up to 80 hp), the athletes compete with saws to achieve the best times.
